postpartum doula services are tailored to meet your individual
needs. I provide whatever assistance you require to ensure you
get adequate rest, nutrition, encouragement, and information so
you can focus on healing and caring for your newborn. Fees are
based upon an hourly rate, and may include any of the following
services:

- Referrals to community resources
- Access to lending library
of books and videos
- Telephone and e-mail support
